The regulations already look to be having an impact on a slowed-down transfer market, with the confirmed moves so far focusing on youth – the panel are impressed with Beijing Guoan capturing Wei Shihao and some of Evergrande’s young signings, although there’s some caution to be flagged given the inexperience of these players.
